FAQ's on our Bulk Email Marketing Server

Your bulk email server application is web-based or command line interface?.
We do have both type of email marketing application installed servers. You can contact us and purchase your convenient server as per your requirement.
Is email send limit mentioned on plans is hard limit or soft limit?
It is soft limit, you can send 10%-20% on above your soft limit but this will definitely affects your email delivery to any mail servers.
Can we purchase Additional IP with any mentioned plan?
Yes! You can get additional IP at extra cost per IP per month (Cost varies on number of IPs you purchase). We do setup rDNS and hostname freely for additional IPs and will setup free DNS record for the additional IP under your domain control panel.
Does your application uses SMTP/POP?
Yes! Our application uses SMTP to send emails and we do also setup, configure multiple SMPT servers on-demand as per your purchased model. Once setup done you can connect through web based application to those multiple SMTP severs and start sending mails.
Is your SMTP server has IP rotation feature while sending email?
Yes, our SMTP server will rotate IP smartly while sending mails to any servers. It automatically rotates not only IP but also hostname of server along with that IP which in-turn gains power to send more mails to any server where our SMTP server changes header for every mail to provide more deliverability of emails.
Do we have option of purchasing your Bulk Email Marketing Application and install, setup on our own servers?
No. Our Email Marketing application is installed and setup only on our servers. Hence there is no such available as of now.
Can we purchase only servers and install, setup any of our own software?
Yes! Obviously, since TRIJIT is datacenter services provider we give such option where you can purchase cloud or dedicated servers along with additional IP as per your email marketing server requirement.
